However, for the past 15 years Hartley's has also been a foremost supplier of quality carpet to small privately owned hotels and restaurants of distinction throughout France. The success is based on being able to offer the complete package, from manufacture and supply through to installation, of qualities and designs unique to the company. Stock collections and bespoke creations combine to form a highly flexible offering for both small and large projects alike.

With the opening of offices in Cheltenham, Hartley's of Paris have now brought this mix of affordable quality and continental design flair to the UK through the company Hartley & Tissier. From this central location they are happy and able to undertake projects throughout the country.
